For people with young children they should start as early as possible setting good healthy eating habits along with daily exercise. In-steeling good healthy eating habits should be done at a very young age.

Almost all pre-packaged foods are full of ingredients that preserve the shelf life with additives that pack unhealthy weight on with no nutritional value.
Some of these foods are filled with growth hormones and fat packing ingredients that our bodies don’t need. They have too much sugar and not enough nutrient rich foods.
Children and adults like to snack. Instead of buying packaged chips and donuts exchange these unhealthy foods for healthy fruits and vegetables like bananas, apples, carrots, broccoli, nuts, seeds, oranges, blueberries, and strawberries.
