NBC gives 13-episode order to 'Hannibal' series from 'Pushing Daisies' creator

NBC is wasting no time in saying one thing -- they want Hannibal Lecter on the small screen as soon as possible.

The network has announced that they have picked up the series about the Thomas Harris killer for 13 episodes -- which is rare for a show prior to a network uprfront.

This series will be executive-produced by Bryan Fuller, a man best known for his work on shows such as "Dead Like Me" and the canceled-too-soon "Pushing Daisies."

What do you think about the idea of a "Hannibal" series, and who do you want to see in the roles?
