NBA Trade Rumors: Boston Celtics said to be interested in Orlando's JJ Redick

The NBA trade deadline talk continues to loom large as the February cut off day is just over a month away. With the All-Star break also close at hand there are reports that some major moves could be on the way. One such move according to Orlando sports reporter David Baumann on Jan. 19, 2013, is that the Boston Celtics could be in the market for the Magic's J.J. Redick.

The former Duke Blue Devil is having a career season thus far averaging 14.6 points per game, 4.5 assists and has a 44.8% field goal percentage while shooting 38.5% from beyond the three point line.

Recent rumors from ESPN Brazil claim that Boston guard Leandro Barbosa could be looking for a way out of Boston could see him as part of a potential deal with the Magic to try and take Redick to the Celtics.

Barbosa on the opposite side of Redick is having a career low season and the two trading places could be for the benefit of both sides as the Magic would get a player desperate to prove his worth while the Celtics would get more long range help from the bench.
