Los Angeles Lakers’ star point guard, Kobe Bryant and his wife Vanessa made a joint statement to dismiss talks and paperwork of a divorce.
According to the couple, both have happily reconciled and will proceed to live their lives together with their children.
Just on Friday, Vanessa Bryant posted an Instagram message mentioning the following:
"We are pleased to announce that we have reconciled. Our divorce action will be dismissed. We are looking forward to our future together.”
Kobe Bryant also posted a similar message on his Facebook page stating the following:
“I am happy to say that Vanessa and I are moving on with our lives together as a family.”
“When the show ends and the music stops, the journey is made beautiful by having that someone to share it with. Thank you all for your support and prayers,” Mr. Bryant continued.
Back in December 2011, the couple filed for divorce citing “irreconcilable differences,” and Mrs. Bryant was awarded through no court obligations one of Kobe’s Newport Beach mansions.
Kobe on his own just gave Vanessa the mansion, same way how he bought Vanessa a $4 million dollar ring back in 2003, when he was guilty of having consensual sex with a 19-year-old at a Colorado hotel.
Recently, the couple has been spotted canoodling together around New York City. Both attended the star-studded 12-12-12 concert in Madison Square Garden, and not to mention when Lakers play the Knicks in New York, Vanessa happily tags along.
Both Kobe Bryant and Vanessa Bryant married back in 2001, and have two daughters together.
