The following is a current list of NBA players with the most triple-doubles in the 2014 season. I've listed all the players with at least one triple-double this season.

Interestingly, for only the ninth time since 1986, two of the triple-doubles this season were in the same game. For more see NBA games with triple-doubles by two players. NBA players with most triple-doubles in the 2014 season

1. Lance Stephenson (Indiana Pacers) - 5

The NBA player with the most triple-doubles in the 2014 season is Lance Stephenson of the Indiana Pacers with five. Stephenson never had a triple-double in his NBA career prior to the 2014 season.

T-2. Stephen Curry (Golden State Warriors) - 4

Stephen Curry's four triple-doubles this season raises his career total to five.

T-2. Joakim Noah (Chicago Bulls) - 4

Joakim Noah's four triple-doubles this season raises his career total to seven. Noah has had a number of games in his career where he had 10 or more rebounds and assists, but did not score 10 or more points.

T-4. Kevin Durant (Oklahoma City Thunder) - 3

Kevin Durant's three triple-doubles in 2014 raises his career triple-doubles total to five. Durant's first triple-double this season was on December 1, 2013, vs Minnesota when he had 32 points, 10 rebounds, and 12 assists.

Kevin Durant's second triple-double this season was on January 25, 2014, vs the Philadelphia 76ers when he had 32 points, 14 rebounds, and 10 assists. His third triple-double was on March 9, 2014, when he had 27 points, 10 rebounds, and 12 assists in a 110-114 loss to the Lakers.

T-4. Kevin Love (Timberwolves) - 3

Now has three career triple-doubles.

T-6. Nicolas Batum (Portland Trail Blazers) - 2

Now has four career triple-doubles.

Now has eight career triple-doubles.

T-6. Kyle Lowry (Raptors) - 2

Now has five career triple-doubles.

T-6. Michael Carter-Williams (76ers) - 2

Now has two career triple-doubles.

T-6. Ricky Rubio (Timberwolves) - 2

Now has three career triple-doubles.

T-12. LeBron James (Miami Heat) - 1

Now has four career triple-doubles.

T-12. Rajon Rondo (Boston Celtics) - 1

T-12. Victor Oladipo - (Magic) - 1

First career triple-double for Indiana Hoosiers rookie - 26 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists vs 76ers on December 3, 2013.

T-12. Jeremy Lin (Houston) - 1

First career triple-double - 15 points, 11 rebounds, 10 assists vs Cleveland Cavaliers on February 1, 2014.

T-12. Tony Wroten (76ers) - 1

First career triple-double - 18 points, 10 rebounds 11 assists vs Rockets on November 13, 2013.

T-12. Tyreke Evans (New Orleans) - 1

Second Career triple-double - 11 points, 13 rebounds, 10 assists vs the Clippers on December 18, 2013.

T-12. Jordan Crawford (Boston Celtics before trade to Warriors) - 1

Third career triple-double - 11 points, 11 rebounds, 10 assists vs the Cavaliers on November 29, 2013.

T-12. Steve Blake (Lakers) - 1

Second career triple-double - 11 points, 10 rebounds, 15 assists vs Cavaliers on February 5, 2014.
