NBA All-Star Game Stripe Watch: Allen Iverson represents in the Reebok Questions

Allen Iverson is not going through the best of times right now.  The former 11-time NBA All-Star is trying to get back in the league and sadly, no one seems to be interested in giving him a chance.  Part of that apathy is the wrong assumption that Iverson just wants to come back for a paycheck and part of that is the right call that Iverson is such a tough fit for anybody to want to bring in.  It is a shame because in his prime, Iverson was one of the game's brightest stars and toughest competitiors.  His popularity and level of respect among players and fans was so strong that as recently as two years ago, he was still being voted in as an NBA All-Star Game starter.

Despite Iverson's counterculture persona, Reebok (which is now owned by adidas) took a chance on A.I. and were rewarded with amazing sales and a history of kicks that rivals only the Air Jordan line in terms of length.  And when time came for Iverson to represent the Philadelphia 76ers - and the Denver Nuggets and the Detroit Pistons later on in his career - at the All-Star Game, Reebok was there to lace Iverson up with some exclusive colorways of his signature shoes and even debut some secondary Iverson kicks as well.  Iverson's Questions and Answers and ATR Pumps might not have been as loud or garish as his Nike rivals, but they had their own signature flair that led him to two All-Star Game MVP awards.
