Naughty Dog teased fans last month with a brief teaser trailer which confirmed that the team is currently working on a new Uncharted game exclusively for the Playstation 4. In a post from the official Playstation Blog on Dec 13, the developer also revealed that they will be ready to begin regularly discussing the next entry of the popular franchise at the start of 2014.

The studio also informed fans of their post-apocalyptic title, The Last of Us, that they will also be bringing more new for the game’s first story-driven DLC once the new year begins. Entitled Left Behind, the add-on will reveal the events that lead up to the start of the game as told through the eyes of Ellie. The DLC is a significant release for Naughty Dog as it will be their first single player add-on release.

The upcoming PS4 Uncharted project surprised gamers as the teaser's voiceover didn’t belong to the series’ long-time protagonist, Nathan Drake, or any other known characters from the franchise. Instead, the brief trailer featured the voice of a new mystery character.
