Earlier this afternoon, leaked images of Killzone 3 surfaced on the internet and details have been coming out since then. Though vague, most of the details are about the new 3D-effects the game will feature and new snow environments the war will spread to. Killzone 2 may be criticized for many things, but no one has every complained about the amazing visual display it put on for PS3 owners. Well, things are about to get a little better.
Revealed in the latest issue of GamePro, it is said that the game is getting influnce from Uncharted 2: Among Thieves developers, Naughty Dog. Naughty Dog took a huge step forward with Uncharted 2 over its predecessor, so to hear the Killzone 3 graphics engine is being worked on by Naughty Dog technical wizards is something to be excited about. Whether they are taking bits and pieces from the Uncharted 2 engine isn't revealed, but it's good news either way. The direct amount of influence Naughty Dog may have with Guerilla Games isn't known, but with two of the best PS3 developers working together, we could see some amazing visuals.
Sony will have their annual E3 conference on June 15th where they are expected to announce many new software titles and reveal more information on the PlayStation Move. Stay tuned.
