The ingredients peppermint, cloves, and licorice help relieve stomach ailments; reduce cravings; and ease tension. It is delicious and aromatic. For a light, nutritious bite, have some chilled sesame spinach. The side dish adds color and flavor.

Treat yourself well with a chocolate coconut cake. It is gluten-free with a rum caramel and toasted coconut. It is served with cinnamon gelato. The cake is moist and tasty. The rum isn’t overpowering on the cake.

Kissako in Japanese means “eat, drink tea, and go”. Embrace it if you see a guest wandering with trays with nowhere to sit.
