Today has been proclaimed National Running Day by an industry group. But for real runners every day is a running day.
What better way to celebrate than to sign up for an upcoming race this weekend then go out for your regular run. There are lots of races all over the pace. Lots of 5K’s and the Raritan Valley Road Runners will be hosting their very unique “Train – ing Run”.
Check them all out.
