“We love any excuse to celebrate the relationship between quality food ingredients and craft beer,” says owner Erin Wallace. “Peanut Butter Day was a huge hit last year, so we expanded the offerings this year with different breweries and additional menu options.”

Back in the kitchen, Chef de Cuisine Matthew Daggett celebrates National Peanut Butter Day with a variety of peanut butter-infused specials that go beyond the average PB&J.

Devil’s Den is one of Philadelphia’s best destinations for import and craft beers, with 17 rotating drafts and over 200 bottles. In a warm and enveloping setting brought on by this Gastropub's dominating wood-burning fireplace, Executive Chef Paul Trowbridge offers homemade comfort food and stepped-up fare. Chef de Cuisine Matthew Daggett oversees day to day operations at Devil’s Den with menu items such as a range of House Sausages, Pulpo, and Pork Tacos with house-fermented kimchi. Longtime popular favorites include the house signature Duck Fries, Salmon BLT, and several mussel renditions. Happy hour at Devil’s Den is every weekday from 5-7:00pm with half-priced drafts including rare and limited domestic and imported crafts and several brews from sister-pub Barren Hill Tavern (also owned by Erin Wallace). Devil’s Den is open daily from 11am to 2am.
