The US Futsal Nationals will take place at the Overland Park Convention Center, February 18-20. This is the 6th year of the tournament and it is the largest youth futsal tournament in the United States. Teams of boys and girls ranging from 8 to 18 will be competing.
Futsal is an indoor version of soccer player on a smaller pitch between teams of five players. Futsal is used by many youth teams during the winter season as it promotes skills at dribbling the ball and passing in tight spaces with fast movement.
People are encouraged to attend, weekend passes are $8, individual Saturday or Sunday passes are $5. The finals on Monday are free of charge.

Friday Night Clinic
There will be a futsal clinic at the US Futsal Nationals given by Ivan Pico Martinez at 7:00 PM in the Overland Park Convention Center. Coach Martinez is a well respected coach that has coached at all levels of futsal in Spain. It is open to all to attend.
