The National Advisory Committee for Implementation of the National Forest System Land Management Planning Rule has scheduled a three-day meeting in Sacramento, California. The US Forest Service (USFS) is announcing the meeting in the Federal Register of Monday, Feb. 24.

The public can attend in person or listen in via webinar. The meeting takes place on Wednesday, March 5 and Thursday, March 6, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time and on Friday, March 7, from 8 a.m. to noon.

The 21-member committee was formed to advise USFS on implementing its planning rule.
