National cheese day: Cottage cheese bread recipe (bread machine)

This bread turned out excellent! It's SO easy made in the bread machine.

Find everything you need to make this bread at your local Meijer.

• 1/2 cup warm water
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 2 T butter or oil
• 1 egg
• 1 T sugar
• 1/4 t baking soda
• 1/4 t salt
• 3 cups flour
• 1 1/2 t active dry yeast

1. Add the ingredients to the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer; push start for the white bread cycle.
2. Makes one 1 1/2 pound loaf.
