Nathan Baker speaks at Nashville City Civitan Club Jan. 2 meeting (Video)

The Nashville City Civitan Club met on Wed., Jan. 2, at Swett's Restaurant in West Nashville for their first luncheon meeting of 2013. Nathan Baker was the speaker for the service group's meeting, speaking on the topic of “Growing Up Different.”

Baker, who is legally blind, shared some advances in technology for the blind as well as upcoming changes to US currency to benefit the blind. He also spoke about his work with the Red Cross.
