Natalie Portman attended the New York City Ballet 2013 Fall Gala at the David H. Koch Theater in Lincoln Center on Thursday. According to the Huffington Post, the Long Island native was dressed in a tricolor, strapless gown from the Christian Dior Fall 2013 Couture Collection.
It was not surprising that the face of Dior would attend an exclusive event in New York City dressed in the aforementioned, as style and loyalty suit Portman. Long time friends, sisters Laura and Kay Mulleavy, designed Natalie’s Rodarte wedding dress and her Oscar winning dark magenta gown in 2011.
Always a red carpet stunner, Natalie Portman radiated in color block couture. The light blue, yellow and black textured, column silk gown is part of the Autumn-Winter 2013 Christian Dior Haute Couture Collection and gave the petite “Thor” star a statuesque silhouette. The 32-year-old actress accessorized her look with a Richard Mille watch and wore minimal makeup accented by a subdued, yet sexy smoky eye.
Natalie Portman will soon hit the media circuit and additional red carpets, undoubtedly dressed to the nines, to promote “Thor: The Dark World”, due out in theaters November 8.
