Team Pacquiao has only 8 weeks solid time schedule and I do think there is no time alloted for any delays that might occur e.g disruptions due to distractions of PACMAN fans & the media personalities who will try to get exclusive scoop of the training preps. I think this is something Freddie Roach is fearing if and when to troubleshoot time constraints should waste of time occur due to unforseen events. Mexico is 100% distractions proof compared to Baguio. While Baguio proponent made 100% assurance of training focus, they are not sure of externally caused disturbances if it can be avoided. Local media is now contemplating of how to break training protocol in order for them to get exclusive training scoops because it will sell like hot cakes for them. They are there for scoop & profit after all. This is a hard task for Team Pacquiao and Freddie Roach is quite aware of this scenario & even the great Coach will be greatly disturbed by this
