We love the fact that Nashville has it's own zoo, and according to the reports we hear, it is lots of fun to go there to see all of the animals. This is one of the Nashville day trips we plan to make soon, when our grandsons come to visit again, so we can take them with us. The oldest of these two grandsons, who is now 6, has already been to the Evansville Zoo in Indiana and to the St. Louis Zoo in Missouri. We've seen photos of him at the other zoos and we can't let the zoos in those two states beat Nashville and Tennessee out! We must take him to the Nashville Zoo, to take photos with him so he can put the Nashville Zoo and all it has to offer, in his young 'memory bank'.
The attached video about our Nashville zoo, and how to visit may inspire our readers to also go to the zoo and make their own memories with all of the attractions there and all of the animals. You can go to the Nashville Zoo website online and find out more, but we are including the hours of operation and the rates below for our readership.

Also, we found that 'one of the benefits of becoming a member of Nashville Zoo is discounted admission (50% unless noted...) to other zoos and aquariums with which we share a reciprocal agreement.' So once you become a member of one zoo, you may have a discounted entry price into other area zoos with your Nashville Zoo membership, which is pretty neat, we think!
Leave us a note and let us know if you've been to the Nashville Zoo already, and what you liked best about it.
