The preview begins with Juliette trying to entice Avery to stay with her. It's abundantly clear that he is trying to put some distance between them, but why?

Deacon walks in to his girlfriend, Megan's office to find her holding hands with Teddy! It's probable that they were discussing Lamar and his surprising release from prison. Teddy tells Rayna that her father tried to kill him and she confronts Lamar. Will he confess to the crime? Tune in to find out!

The official synopsis for this episode reads,

"Too Far Gone" – Juliette’s new song, "Don’t Put Dirt on My Grave Just Yet," catches the ear of a high-powered, hit-making producer, Howie V (Michael Chernus, "Orange is the New Black"). He wants to make her a superstar and brings her to Los Angeles to record, but marginalizes Glenn in the process. Meanwhile, Rayna takes charge with stoicism in the aftermath of of recent events, and Scarlett feels lost and alone but finds Liam to be a receptive confidante, on "Nashville," WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 5 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
