Nashville’s 28th Annual Southern Women’s Show Coming Up

Thursday, March 27 - Sunday, March 30

This years annual women’s event is coming back! They have outgrown their previous location at The Nashville Convention Center. This year it will be held at Nashville’s Music City Center. The parking is much better and since the Music Center is bigger, you can expect more entertainment, shops, and exhibits. They've also added a café where you can sit, rest, and grab a bite to eat before round 2 of shopping and some more fun!

The celebrity entertainment lined up for this year include:

Patti Stanger, the star and executive producer of Bravo’s hit document series The Millionaire Matchmaker. Going into its seventh season, the show has gained record-breaking viewership.

Sharon Frame, a former CNN Anchor, host of her own e-TV show, author of 4 books including “LeadHERship” and “Wired to Win!” She is also a winning speaker and director for Women’s Informational Network’s (WIN) Global Women’s Summit who offers easy, life-transforming strategies to set yourself up for success using the power of Faith, Focus and Follow Through.

Dana Elliott, culinary specialist from America’s leading Taste of Home Cooking School will be on hand to inspire us with exciting recipes and where you’ll experience step-by-step illustrations on how to create savory and easy to prepare dishes. This event is only happening on Thursday and Friday so if the food is the best part for you like it is me, you want to make sure you don’t miss these times!

You will also want to check out the new craft and decorating ideas this year.

Each day they will offer surprises, including Girls Night Out and Mother Daughter Day, and if you’re one of the first 500 people through the door, there will be special gifts given away. There will be lots of new exhibitors but your favorites will be back including the Local 140 Firefighter Fashion Show that has raised thousands of dollars for Camp Phoenix and Box 55. This year, they will also fund a new nonprofit initiative - Fighters that Care (FTC) that supports firefighters in need due to medical issues when insurance runs out.
