Nashville country songs on Billboard's Hot 100 list the week of Feb 18

Nashville country songs on Billboard's Hot 100  list this week -

We checked out Billboard's listing of the 'Hot 100' songs this week to see how many of the country songs from Nashville we would find listed. So here is our list from Billboard's Hot 100.

Ok. Maybe Kelly Clarkson is not what you'd rightfully call Nashville 'country'. But we love the fact that her song 'Stronger (What Doesn't Kill...)' is number 1 on the Hot 100 Billboard listing for the week of February 18, 2012.  Kelly recently had a very popular duet with country star Jason Aldean, and we are hearing rumors she will be on 'The Voice' as a mentor with Nashville Grand Ole opry star, Blake Shelton. Plus we remember some association with Reba. How much more Nashville Country can you be?

The next song we see on the Hot 100 that even looks or sounds anyway country is Luke Bryan with 'I don't want this night to end' coming in with the ranking of 28. Last week, #25, after 19 weeks on the charts, topped out at 22.
