Police said Celina Baltimore, 18, of Nashua is charged with two counts of the class A misdemeanor Domestic Violence-Simple Assault and the class A misdemeanor, Domestic Violence-Criminal Trespass. Each of the misdemeanor counts carries a possible sentence of incarceration for up to one year in a county house of corrections, in addition to fines. She is also charged with the class B felony, Reckless Conduct, which is punishable by imprisonment for up to seven years in the state prison, in addition to fines.
The release stated that patrol officers responded to a city residence at approximately 11:10 a.m. Sunday for a report of a domestic complaint. Upon arrival, an initial investigation determined that Baltimore was the primary aggressor in the altercation. She was placed under arrest.
Detectives of the Nashua Police Department’s Special Investigations Division investigated further, resulting in assault charges against Baltimore, refusing to leave the victim’s apartment and recklessly causing bodily injury with a deadly weapon (knife).
The victim’s injuries were non-life threatening and the victim did not seek medical treatment. Baltimore was held on $5,000 cash or surety bail pending arraignment in the 9th Circuit Court -Nashua District Division.
