My husband is an obniouxious Nascar fan and he insists on Sundays being spent in front of the television with friends, family and food. An easy salsa receipe and baked chips are very diet friendly. Take 10 round tortilla shells and spray with the low-fat spray butter, salt and pepper to taste and cut into triangles. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes and it makes a wonderful low fat chip. The salsa is simple with 1 can of tomatoes, 1 medium onion (diced) and salsa mix (dry) salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix ingredients together and chill for about 30 minutes. This is a great low- fat receipe that will satisfy any race fan.
