The following is a list of NASCAR drivers with the most wins in the Toyota Owners 400, which is run annually at the Richmond International Raceway in Richmond, Virginia. The race was first run in 1953, so it has a long NASCAR history.

NASCAR's all-time leader in wins, Richard Petty, also holds the record for most wins in the Toyota Owners 400 with six. Richard Petty won this race in 1961, 1967, 1971-1973, and 1975.
