NASCAR 2014 Daytona 500 live streaming: FOX schedule TV start time & race online

According to a Feb. 23 USAT report, NASCAR’s 2014 Daytona 500 live stream online feed and TV scheduled FOX start time remain the same despite less-than ideal Race Day weather forecasts. However, while expert meteorologists are 80 percent certain that rain will not have an effect at the start of Sunday’s race, drivers could have to deal with several delays considering scattered showers are expected throughout the afternoon.

“I think we can start it and make it official (by getting to the halfway point),” said NASCAR’s unofficial meteorologist, Brian Neudorff. “Is it possible we get a complete race in? It’s certainly possible, especially if NASCAR is patient. It's not a soaker like it was two years ago (when the race was postponed to Monday night).”

The Daytona International Speedway in Daytona, Fla., will be the site for NASCAR’s Super Bowl, which (green flag) is scheduled to get underway at 1:30 p.m. EST (12:30 p.m. CST/11:30 a.m. MST/10:30 a.m. PST).

Big FOX will be handling national broadcasting duties for the 2014 Daytona 500 this afternoon. TV scheduled coverage gets underway at Noon with “NASCAR Pre-Race” followed by the 4-hour broadcast of the 56th edition of the Daytona 500.
