‘NASCAR 14’ scheduled for Feb. 18 release

NASCAR 14’ is scheduled for a February 18 release on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC, game publisher Deep Silver announced today in a press release obtained by Examiner.

Featuring a revamped career mode, leagues, online multiplayer and several other gameplay enhancements Deep Silver is confident that this year’s racing title will deliver plenty of racing action.

"Deep Silver is releasing the best NASCAR racing experience yet to hit video game consoles," said Deep Silver Inc. COO, Geoff Mulligan. "Fans will soon be able to compete in recent high profile races, experiencing the exact same conditions the real drivers faced. With an aggressive post-release content plan, NASCAR '14 is a game NASCAR fans can enjoy all year long."

Deep Silver also announced that NASCAR legend Tony Stewart and his No. 14 Bass Pro Shops / Mobil 1 Chevrolet will be the game’s cover athlete, garnering over 700,000 votes in Deep Silver’s "Drive for the Cover" contest.
