The team construction element has been detailed in the forthcoming "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution." According to a report from Siliconera on April 29, players have the option to pick between three different types of teams in the fighting game. Doing so will give them advantages when it comes to offense, defense, special attacks and transformations.

The "Drive" team is designed to automatically activate the support abilities of the two comrades when a sealed barrier is set up during battle. Depending of the individuals involved, the team should provide various offensive and defensive bonuses. For example, the two comrades can help your character by attacking the opposition. They could also block incoming attacks.

Players can also choose to build a team based on the "Ultimate Jutsu" ability in "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution." Doing so would let them perform a powerful special attack during battle. Finally, the "Awakening" type should unlock the more powerful forms of characters at the beginning of the fight.

"Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution" offers more than 100 playable characters, which is the biggest head count yet for the series, to build a three-man team. One of the new additions to the roster is Mecha Naruto, who comes equipped with the aforesaid "True Awakening" ability that be activated by using the right analog stick. You can find a screen showing the transformation from the official Facebook page of the fighting game series with the photo located near the top of this article.

The other new playable fighters include the Akatsuki and Edo Kage. "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution" also comes with a new mode as well as several gameplay additions such as counterattacks and guard breaks. The video game has an official price tag of $49.99 on the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 although a more expensive collector's edition will also be available. The software product is due to launch in the month of Sept. in North America. The game can be reserved at Amazon in the next link: "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution."
