Daisuke Komoto has provided a comment in regards to a new exclusive character being added to the upcoming multiplatform video game, “Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution.” According to a report from Electronic Theater on Jan. 26, the producer of the fighting title stated that his company is excited to work with Masashi Kishimoto.

The creator behind the “Naruto” franchise created the designs for a character called Mecha-Naruto in “Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution.” The new fighter is a machine based on the main protagonist of the series. As a result, the robot can enter into Kyubi and Mecha-Kurama modes.

Daisuke Komoto also stated that the development team is trying to “revolutionize” the “Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm” series with the upcoming title. We are extremely thrilled to have received designs from Masashi Kishimoto intended exclusively for this game. As the game’s title suggests, we are aiming to create a game that will ‘revolutionize’ the series so we hope you stay tuned!

Along with the new exclusive character, more than 100 fighters from the anime and manga series are going to be playable with the forthcoming software product.

“Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution” is currently in production over at CyberConnect2, the studio that crafted the previous installments of the series. Bandai Namco will be publishing and releasing the fighting title for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 current-generation platforms later this year.
