Last week, video game publisher Namco Bandai Games made an announcement that is sure to please fans of the “Naruto” anime/manga series, the Nintendo 3DS game “Naruto Powerful Shippuden” will be making its way to North American store shelves beginning in early March.
“Naruto Powerful Shippuden” is a side scrolling action fighting game that takes its inspiration from the “Naruto” spin off series, “Naruto Spin-Off: Rock Lee & His Ninja Pals”. The game will offer players the chance to experience two different stories, one from the perspective of Naruto and the other as Rock Lee. All of the ninja action will also take place with a very unique art style, as the game has the popular heroes in chibi form.
