The Montreal Exhibition Centre will be the next host for The Chronicles of Narnia: The Exhibition, starting June 3 and running until August 29. The Canadian city will be the sixth to host the traveling interactive exhibition alongside Philadelphia, Houston, Phoenix and Kansas City. This stop is being presented by Serge Grimaux.
“This exhibition is a truly captivating and entertaining experience for all ages,” said Eddie Newquist, EVP and Chief Creative Officer, GES. “From the scene displays and props seen in the Narnia films, to the scientific and educational aspects of the exhibition that stimulate the senses and the mind, guests will be transported into another world to experience Narnia like never before.”
“I am very happy that Propagart has the opportunity to present this amazing exhibition, which will without a doubt thrill children and their whole families. Both blockbuster movies have stimulated the imagination of each and every one of us. And now, this interactive exhibition will most definitely add to the whole experience by transporting them into the wonder and magical world of Narnia,” added Serge Grimaux.
As reported here before, the exhibition was started by Global Experience Specialists, Inc. (GES) in partnership with Walt Disney Pictures and Walden Media. It showcases many costumes, props and set dressings from the first two “Narnia” films and artifacts from the personal study of Narnia’s creator, C.S. Lewis. Visitors can also tour scenes from the books and movies, like the famed attic and wardrobe. There are also interactive displays that combine Narnia’s fantasy elements with science, such as the White Witch's Throne Interactive, a replica of the White Witch's Throne where visitors can learn about climate change.
Tickets are now on sale for this exhibition. You can contact the ticket office at 514-316-8316 or toll free at 1-877-668-8599.
