The Third Annual Student Art Exhibition is on display until May 15, 2011 in the Philharmonic Center Galleries. The exhibition features the work of 330 students from 42 public and private schools located throughout Collier County. The teachers of these kindergarten through 12th-grade students selected the works included in this "showcase of talent." A wide variety of media is represented, including painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, textiles and photography.
The Naples Museum of Art awarded three $1,000 scholarships to three high school seniors to help them continue their arts education. Selected by contemporary abstract artist Jo-Ann Lizio, the winners are Logan Peters from Lely High School, Oscar Santiago from Golden Gate High School and Danielle Solis from Barron Collier High.

This exhibition has been organized by the Patty & Jay Baker Naples Museum of Art. The Naples Museum of Art is open Tuesday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and Sunday from noon-4 p.m. Admission is $8 for adults and $4 for students.
