BREAKING NEWS:

At a bond hearing in DuPage County, the Chicago-suburban Naperville mother who allegedly killed her son and a 5 year old girl has heard the words “held without bond”.
The story has sparked sadness, shock and anger at the American political system.
Rebecca Madison, a Naperville mother of 3 young children said, “This story, this incident, this tragedy… I am beyond words. It has really shaken our community. Most people think that Naperville is this really rich Republican suburb where nothing bad happens. It just goes to show that anything can happen anywhere, regardless of how many over-priced cars line the streets or how many Mitt Romney signs are stuck in the lawns. It just makes me sick. She was obviously mentally ill. Maybe she couldn’t afford healthcare or meds because of our screwed up system that the rich people control? Now there are two dead kids.”
Elzbieta Plackowska, who was arrested for the murders of two children has faced the DuPage County court.
DuPage County officials said that Plackowska stabbed her 7 year old son 100 times because she was angry with her husband. She then proceeded to stab a 5 year old girl 50 times because she witnessed the attack. Prosecutors say, during the attack, that both children were made to pray and beg for their lives.
Plackowska told investigators a series of stories.
The alleged child murderer first blamed the attacks on a stalker who got into her home in Naperville.
DuPage County State’s Attorney Robert Berlin told the judge at the bond hearing that Plackowska gave a second story saying, “She later said the children had evil inside of them and she was fighting the devil in the house.”
“Plackowska eventually admitted that she was angry with her husband, who works as a truck driver and is often gone, because he left her alone to care for her son, Justin, and work as a maid, which she felt was beneath her”, Berlin said.
"She told the detectives that she thought by killing Justin she would make her husband hurt the way she hurt in their relationship."
Plackowska has told investigators that she found both children jumping on a bed and made the decision to attack them and slit their throats.
During the bond hearing, Berlin stated:
"She had grabbed a knife and she made both victims kneel and begin praying. She began stabbing her son Justin and told him he was going to heaven tonight. He pleaded for his life and told her to stop. But she continued stabbing him until he was dead. She then turned her attention to 5-year-old Olivia and began stabbing her with the knife multiple times. She as well pleaded for her life, but the defendant continued to stab her until she was deceased."
DuPage County Judge John Kinsella ordered Plackowska held without bond, who didn't speak during the hearing, only to state that she could not afford an attorney.
Jon Rudder, a father and resident of suburban Wheaton said:
"I think that it's a shame that instead of being scared of Freddy or Jason on Halloween, these children had to be terrified of someone they trusted most in their short lives. It makes me wonder how many times that little boy called his mom to check under the bed for the boogeyman not knowing that he was trusting his own murderer to keep him safe."
