Naoto, Rise and Teddie screens for Persona 4: The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena

The Japanese branch of Atlus has revealed another big set of screenshots for their upcoming multiplatform title, Persona 4: The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena. The latest images reveal two new playable characters for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 fighting game: Naoto Shirogane, and Teddie. Rise Kujikawa is also featured in the new set. You can check out the latest screens in the slideshow to the left of this article.

Set after the events of Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4, Persona 4: The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena is a spin-off fighting game that features characters from the aforementioned predecessor as well as Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3.

Arc System Works, the developer behind the Arcana Heart 3, Hard Corps: Uprising in addition to the Guilty Gear and BlazBlue series, is the developer. Atlus will be publishing Persona 4: The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena when it launches for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 in Japan sometime in 2012. A North American release has not yet been confirmed.
