Naomi Campbell gave one of her most insightful interviews to Oprah on Monday -- with the almost 40-year-old looking stunning, along with her approximately 59-year-old equally stunning mother, who sat in the Oprah audience.

The fascinating part was all the stuff Naomi Campbell told Oprah she does to stay thin.

Of course there was the Master Cleanse drink that Beyonce also told Oprah she did to lose 20 pounds for Dreamgirls.

Naomi said the most she's done the Master Cleanse was for 18 days. She does it about three times per year, and she was on her sixth day when they taped her exercising.

Of course, the Master Cleanse comes with its own controversy, so at this point, I'm all over My Food Diary, which is already helping me lose weight safely.

But this reporter is seriously ready to find my daughter's jump rope and try the 1-minute long intervals of three jump-rope sessions that Naomi Campbell says thins the face in these Oprah videos on HuffPo.

As for the Gyrotonic exercises, that looks interesting and elongating and almost makes one want to drive down to Cleveland to check it out. Apparently Shaq is a fan of Gyrotonics, according to the YouTube video of him talking Gyrotonics on their website. Interesting to have an exercise named similar to a food -- or close to gyrate, methinks.
