News On 6 is reporting today that police have arrested a man for rape after a naked Oklahoma woman was found walking in a neighborhood in North Tulsa. Tulsa County Police say 38-year-old Raymond Christian Bachman was arrested and charged with first-degree rape and drug possession. The victim's identity has not been disclosed.

Tulsa County Police learned about the nude woman after a passerby stopped police officers to report finding a nude woman holding a knife near N. Peoria Ave. The police observed a naked, incoherent woman sitting in the back of the Good Samaritan's car. The man told officers that he helped the woman by giving her a blanket to keep warm until police arrived.

The victim told the officers that she was raped by a man after smoking a drug identified as K-2, and that the drug had been mixed with another substance. When the officers went to investigate, they made contact with Raymond Christian Bachman, who told them to get off of his property. The belligerent man stated that the woman had sex with him willingly, and that he had been wanting to have sex with the woman for a long time.

Officers found the drug K-2 in the home and took the man into custody. K-2 is also known as Synthetic cannabis, synthetic marijuana or Spice.

Background records show that Bachman has a criminal history that includes a DUI and a prior arrest for assault. He is being held in the county jail on $105,000, according to Tulsa's ABC channel 8.
