Comedians You Should Know will hold a stand up and sketch comedy show titled “The World of Sports through the Eyes of Chicago’s Top Comedians" on Thursday, January 17. The performance, dedicated to the world of professional sports, will feature Naked Sports Live hosts Megan Gailey and Joe Kilgallon (Naked Sports Live is a sports and comedy podcast that candidly discusses current sports news) as well as comedians Liza Treyger, Ricky Gonzalez, Joe Fernandez and Clark Jones.
The show runs from 9 to 11 p.m. (doors open at 8 p.m.) Tickets are available online for $5, or pay $10 at the door. Timothy O'Toole's Pub is open on Thursday from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m.
Comedians You Should Know is a group of six Chicago-based, stand-up comedians with a weekly showcase featuring many of Chicago's top comedy talents, as well as rising stars and established entertainers from across the nation. Timothy O'Toole's Pub holds weekly comedy shows on Wednesday evenings. The pub offers award-winning wings, salads and wraps, burgers and sandwiches, baskets and entrees like fish 'n' chips, meatloaf, beef stew, ribs and salmon.
