If you bought Naked Juice in your local grocery store between September 27, 2007 to August 19, 2013, you are eligible to claim up to $75 in repayment as part of a class action lawsuit settlement.
Naked Juice has agreed to pay out 9 million dollars to settle the class action, which claimed that the company was acting fraudulently when it advertised its line of multiple juice products as "All-Natural" and "100% Juice."
The juice has since been found to contain GMOs and other synthetic and/or non-natural ingredients. Naked Juice denies all these claims.
Parent company Pepsico previously had been involved in trying to derail California legislation that would have required GMO disclosure to consumers.
If you have proof (i.e. receipts) that you purchased Naked Juice anytime in the six-year period covered by the lawsuit, you can submit a claim for up to $75 in reimbursement.
If you purchased Naked Juice but did not keep your receipts, you can submit a claim for up to $45. All claims must be submitted by December 17, 2013.
