I had the opportunity to attend a professional networking event, "NailTeching with the Stars" on March 20th in Birmingham, AL, at the Botanical Gardens. The event was previously introduced here. The event was held in a huge conference room with companies lined around the walls. As you will see in the pictures, nicely decorated tables were in the middle of the floor to allow attendees to mix and mingle. The stage was set up for lunch to be served later in the day and there was a table in front with door prizes and giveaways. Each company that came gave detailed demos/instructions on how to use their products, helpful tips, troubleshooting, and ideas on how to be more creative when doing nail art. The featured videos show demos on nail art using nail polish, gel polish, and acrylics. All attendees received gift bags full of freebies including magazines, foot scrubs, nail polish, acrylic, and gel samples. This was an awesome event to network with others in the nail industry as well as learn new things from the companies who attended.
