Whether its beauty or style, red carpet celebrity looks are always a stunning feast for the eyes. This past Wednesday night was no exception as all fashionable sights were set on the glamorous attendees of the 40th Annual People’s Choice Awards. Many of the beauty and hair looks were more understated than expected and nail options were similarly demure. Many sparkling starlets chose to sport an elegant neutral manicure with their stylish ensembles. Whether it was Anna Faris’ sparkly creamy manicure or Cheryl Burke’s cute pale manicure, here are some of the best neutral nail looks from the star-studded event.

Anna Faris paired a sparkling creamy manicure with her equality dazzling Naeem Khan ensemble. For Anna, manicurist to the starts, Beth Fricke, opted for a delicate layered look featuring Red Carpet Manicure’s luxury LED gel polishes. Beginning with two coats of a finely glittered polish (Makeup Time), Beth sealed the look with a final coat in a light, creamy shade (Camera Shy). To break up the full monochromatic look, Beth chose a fun red (Red Carpet Reddy) as her pedicure color.

Similarly, stars like Allison Williams, Cheryl Burke and co-host of the evening, Beth Behrs opted for elegant neutral shades. In shades I like to call “Madison Ave Hues,” these starlets not only chose clean, glamorous creams in a single variety but they also played with textures and intensities in color. While some chose glitters and shimmers to modernize their looks, others like Beth Behrs chose elegant, creamy sheers. A truly timeless manicure that never goes out of style, neutral nails with always be a glamorous choice on the red carpet.
