Nadal Federer Djokovic Murray in Australian Open semifinals

The Australian Open Tennis men’s semifinals for 2012 in Melbourne will have the cream of the crop battling for the championship, world number one Novak Djokovic of Serbia versus number four Andy Murray from Scotland and number three Roger Federer of Switzerland versus number two Rafael Nadal of Spain.  

On the women’s side it was nearly so, with one exception, eleventh ranked Kim Clijsters of Belgium takes the place of the number one ranked Caroline Wozniacki of Denmark. Clijsters will face off against number three ranked Victoria Azarenka of Belarus. The other women’s semifinal will feature number four Maria Sharapova of Russia and Petra Kvitova of the CzechRepublic.

The semifinals events will take place Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in both day and night time matches. For a TV schedule go to ESPN Sports.
