As if its support for anti-white race quotas weren't already enough to demonstrate the NAACP's blatantly racist views (since they decided to bring up racism), we now learn that they were directly involved in protecting fanatical racist militants from prosecution.
According to the Washington Times, Congressional testimony has revealed that the NAACP spoke regularly about the Black Panther voter intimidation case to the Justice Department and lobbied for the case to be dismissed. Or, as Obama would put it, they "acted stupidly."
It's a stunning revelation considering the pot-kettle "racism" smears they've spent the last few days hurling at the Tea Party movement from their shiny glass house. Has the Tea Party movement intervened in any cases against armed Klansmen caught on tape intimidating voters at the polls? Does the Tea Party movement routinely fight for racist preferential treatment for white people?
No. That kind of flagrant racial bigotry comes from the NAACP--the group accusing anyone who dares to disagree with Obama of hating black people.
As I have noted, contrary to everything we are told, the Tea Party movement is mainstream, more educated and best reflects the racial make-up of the country. As I have also noted, the only actual bigots here are our "post-racial" Marxist-in-chief and his black power allies at the New Black Panther Party and the NAACP.

I see, so I take it you were also saying the same thing when a parade of 2nd hand, 3rd hand, and shadowy 'government whistle blowers' came forward during both terms of Bush and said much the same thing as the guy this time around?
The difference is that he's willing to say what he said in full daylight, not behind some closed door session, held in the middle of the night, and he's willing to go formally on the legal record with his accusations.

How can you not know that it was wrong to dismiss the voter intimidation case? It was illegal and it was caught on video. And there is an actual tape of the new Black Panters saying how he hates white people and cracker babies should be killed. That's not second hand.I heard it myself.

The JustUs Dept has ORDERED the other attorneys involved to NOT testitfy. THAT is why Mr Adams resigned! He did not want to face the legal issues of avoiding a legal subpoena.
It could all be cleared up in a few hours of testimony IF the corrupt racist Holder JustUs Dept would ALLOW those involved INCLUDING the woman Mr Adams claims told them they were not to charge any blacks against white in these cases.
Why not CLEAR IT UP????
If anyone thinks liberals want an end to racism in America, they are deluded.
The illusion of victimization is their sole source of power. If poverty was wiped out; if racism died; if employers and employees got along amiably; if we all accepted that anthropogenic global warming is hogwash; men and women were always treated equitably in the marketplace -- the Democrat Party would have no constituents left.
And here's the real irony. Democracy (thus the name Democrat) is a system whereby the majority can do anything they want to the minority.
Constitutional Republic (like in the name Republican) is a system where the Constitution protects the miniority against both the state and what the founders called "mob rule."
Democrats use democracy to undermine the Constitution with laws to "protect minorities" until the constitution no longer protects anyone. Then, as Socialists have always done, they use their power to reduce everyone to serfs (with them on top of course).
Other than Adams' claims, what evidence do you have DoJ has ordered its attorneys not to testify before the Commission?
Junior, anonymity is not the issue; hearsay is. Adams carries an extra burden of proving his credibility because he was hired illegally in the first place and the guy who hired him was caught lying to Congress about his hiring practices.

The real question here is; would the racist NAACP have gone to bat for two white men who committed the exact same crime of voter intimidation that the justice department has damning video & audio evidence of??

The Mainstream Media is running interference for Holder and the Obama administration. Instead of investigating why one of the New Black Panther defendants, Jerry Jackson, was a credentialed Democratic ward poll watcher and on the local Democratic election committee, the Media is trying to attack the messenger.
How can a person who is from a self-avowed racist and anti-Semitic group, the New Black Panther Party, be a CREDENTIALED Democratic poll watcher and on the local Democratic election committee?
Instead of attack the messenger, the media should, which they never will, investigate why the New Black Panther party had ties to the Democratic party, when the NBPP is a known violent racist and anti-Semitic group.
Why was the NAACP asking Holder to drop the case? The same group that this week tried to say that the Tea Party had racists in the group...when the NBPP is a SELF-AVOWED racist group?
