'Mystery Diners' visits Capo's Italian Steakhouse, Las Vegas, Nevada

In last night's episode of "Mystery Diners" titled, "My Brother's Keeper," Charles Styles and his crew of undercover diners came to Capo's Italian Steakhouse in Las Vegas, Nev. Charles visited Nico Santucci, owner of Capo's to find out if Nico's brother Dominic is acting inappropriately when Nico is not there, but could the problem be even bigger than that?

Capo's is designed to look and feel like a mobster hangout, in the speakeasy theme of Chicago. Everything is authentic central/southern Italian in the restaurant. Nico is the curator and designer of the Mob Museum in Las Vegas and takes his museum and restaurants seriously. He even has a licensing deal with the Capone family to sell authentic foods from their generations of recipes. Now Nico wants Charles to have his staff come in order to find out if Dominic is the right man for the job, he does not want a sexual harassment suit against the restaurant.

He also likes Larry, who may just fill the bill in the manager position if Dominic does not work out. The crew set up the cameras immediately. Charles will be sending in a "husband and wife" team, Andy and Jennifer to have dinner. Two women come in and Dominic actually frisks them, in keeping with the speakeasy theme. When the husband and wife team questioned Larry about Dominic and his manhandling ways, he tells them that it is done often, and that he is the owner's brother.

While Dominic is flirting with more women, Larry goes into the executive office, which should be locked. He found VIP vouchers, and stuck them in his apron. Later, a couple of guests paid in cash, and Larry took $20 out of the money and put in a coupon as Nico's jaw dropped. He also gave the husband and wife team coupons for their fondling problem.

As the wait staff prepares for the dinner shift, Larry goes into the supply room and put a whole load of items in a black laundry bag. Nico runs out to the parking lot just before Larry puts the stuff in his car. Nico brings Larry in to show him the film and how he could be prosecuted, but Nico lets him walk away. Then he pulls his brother from some women at the bar and shows him the films. Dominic is adamant that he will tone it down, but first blows his top at Charles.

After four months, Dominic is behaving himself, Larry has apologized to Nico and found employment elsewhere, and the place is booming. Charles Stiles and the "Mystery Diners" have saved another restaurant's reputation.
