Myr Sire is an adorable addition to the Myr family in Magic: The Gathering's Mirrodin Besieged. This common metal munchkin brings two Myr to the table for the price of one, and has a wide variety of uses.

Artifact Creature - Myr Common
When Myr Sire is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, put a 1/1 colorless Myr artifact creature token onto the battlefield.

Myr Sire has a commendable library of Limited applications within Mirrodin Besieged and Scars of Mirrodin, such as
- Sacrifice fodder for Barrage Ogre, Furnace Celebration, Piston Sledge, Vivisection, Culling Dais, Flesh-Eater Imp and many more.
- Durable, repeat blocker for handling Accorder Paladins, one toughness creatures, and things too heavy to handle that need to be delayed
- Unlimited and aggravating recursion opportunities with Myr Reservoir, creates multiple targets for your Myr Galvanizer/Tempered Steel
- Facilitates metalcraft operations and initiatives
- Great for grabbing germ-splattered equipment to carry the game if things go late, you'll have two possible threats instead of one with your discarded weaponry if your opponent peels some removal.
Myr Sire is an incredibly useful creature to have around in almost any template, and you won't have to pick it up too early either.
While not quite the common slot powerhouse that Perilous Myr is, there will be great opportunities to pick up Myr Sire quite late in MBS packs and use them effectively.
