"Be not afraid of greatness. Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrust upon 'em." - William Shakespeare

If Shakespeare were here today, he undoubtedly would have been sitting among the revelry at Joe's Pub at The Public Theater last night to hear the acoustic tunes of singer-songwriter, Matthew Wade. Just back from his tour on the East Coast with Tyler Ward, Wade, who goes by the stage name My Silent Bravery took to the stage at Joe's Pub in New York City in support of singer-songwriter, Mikey Wax. The soft melodic timbre of Wade's vocals along with his carefree strumming set the mood for his audience.

Opening up with P.O.V., the second track off of his recently released LP, "Diamond From Coal." Debuting in the Top 40 on iTunes Singer/Songwriter Best Sellers Chart, produced by Anthony Resta (Collective Soul, Guster, Shawn Mullins) and Warren Huart (Aerosmith, The Fray, Augustana), this current well produced musical masterpiece is engulfed with tunes that will turn any cloud ridden day into a vibrant concrete experience. Some songs wrapped with a transcendent electronic vibe, which takes its listeners to a level of positive contentment. While others were sewn with a subtle and lofty texture. Accompanied by his talented saxophonist, Brian Kearsley, last night's stripped down acoustic live performance was nothing short of a titanic performance.

My Silent Bravery embodies all the ingredients of a passionate, persistent and hard driven musician. Hailing from Boston, with four albums, Wade stops at nothing. He's had the pleasure of sharing the stage with Daughtry, Delta Rae, Howie Day, Kris Allen, John Waite, Ryan Cabrera, Teddy Geiger, Tyler Hilton, Ed Kowalczyk (Live) and Rusted Root.

As Wade effortlessly fights his way through the singer-songwriter lyrical universe, his well- crafted songs can be found playing on radio stations across the nation. His emotions are raw and his talent continues to paint the colors that keep his audience engaged. My Silent Bravery captured his audience last night by giving them exactly what they came to hear.
