The common phrase “my company has no culture” is heard everyday. There is a lot of information on how to build corporate culture, how to engage employees, and how to retain employees, but what is something simple and powerful you can do today to touch (in a human resources friendly way) your employees?

Go out of your way to do something thoughtful for someone. Big, little, expensive, creative…doesn’t matter as long as it’s from-the-heart-thoughtful.
