All Star Game Most Valuable Player, Cleveland Cavaliers' talented point guard Kyrie Irving scored 31 points, dished out 14 assists to lead the Eastern Conference All Stars to a win over the Western Conference All Stars.

The 163-155 Eastern Conference comeback victory against the Western Conference was the product of a record-setting night, including the most points in the history of the All Star Game, 163 points scored by Eastern Conference was the highest points of all-time, Carmelo Anthony's eight 3-pointers and Kevin Durant became first player ever to score 30+ points to start his All Star Game career.

Previous All Star Game MVP, LeBron James had 22 points, seven rebounds and seven assists. Oklahoma City Thunder superstar Kevin Durant finished with 38 points, ten rebounds and six assists. Los Angeles Clippers star forward Blake Griffin scored 38 points while hitting on 19 of his 23 shot attempts. Carmelo Anthony finished with 30 points and a record 8-for-13 from three-point range.

The All Star Game festivities started with a star-studded musical performance from Pharrell Williams, Nelly, Busta Rhymes, Sean "Diddy" Combs and Snoop Dogg.
