  • 2 oz applejack liqueur (recommended: Laird's Applejack)
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • splash of simple syrup (can substitute with grenadine)
  • hard apple cider
  • crushed ice for serving

Garnish with: long cinnamon stick (optional)

Serve in: old fashioned or "rocks" glass (holds 6-8 oz)


Combine applejack liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake to combine and chill. Strain over an ice filled rocks glass and top with hard apple cider. Serve with cinnamon stick garnish (optional).
