- 2 oz applejack liqueur (recommended: Laird's Applejack)
- 1 oz lemon juice
- splash of simple syrup (can substitute with grenadine)
- hard apple cider
- crushed ice for serving
Garnish with: long cinnamon stick (optional)
Serve in: old fashioned or "rocks" glass (holds 6-8 oz)
Combine applejack liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake to combine and chill. Strain over an ice filled rocks glass and top with hard apple cider. Serve with cinnamon stick garnish (optional).
