A group obsessed with creating a Caliphate based on Muslim religious law -- Sharia Law -- in the United States and other nations is holding their first US conference today in Chicago.
According to Diane Macedo, news writer for FoxNews.com, the group -- Hizb ut-Tahrir -- is a global Sunni network with reported ties to confessed 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed of Al Qaeda and Iraq's onetime terrorist leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi. It has operated discreetly in the U.S. for decades, wrote Macedo.
Today's conference is titled, "The Fall of Capitalism and the Rise of Islam," and it's being held at the Hilton Hotel in a suburb of Chicago. The shocking part of this story is that the majority of US lawmakers are silent about this gathering of avowed enemies of the US Constitution and American values, yet they are voicing their outrage over a CIA proposal to "terminate" terrorist leaders overseas.
The Obama Administration and most of the news media are remaining silent regarding this latest development and the US Department of Justice under Attorney General Eric Holder is busy investigating US intelligence officers and strategists.
The intelligence agencies, the Department of Defense, the State Department, and the US Agency for International Development are implementing various efforts to identify, monitor, and counter the support and funding of the global propagation of Islamic extremism. The intelligence agencies and DOD are carrying out identification and monitoring efforts, primarily in counterintelligence and force protection.
According to reports, the State Department and USAID are carrying out efforts to counter the global propagation of Islamic extremism, with State's efforts focused primarily on traditional diplomacy, counterterrorism, and public diplomacy and USAID's efforts focused on development programs to diminish underlying conditions of extremism.
The General Accountability Office routinely prepare classified reports to be subsequently released with a more complete description of US efforts to address the global spread of Islamic extremism. A number of sources have reported that Saudi private entities and individuals, as well as sources from other countries, are allegedly financing or supporting Islamic extremism.
For example, a Treasury official testified before Congress that Saudi Arabia-based and -funded organizations remain a key source for the promotion of ideologies used by terrorists and violent extremists around the world to justify their agenda. However, according to the 9/11 Commission Report, the Commission found no persuasive evidence that the Saudi government knowingly supported al Qaeda.
The government agencies also told GAO staff that Islamic extremism is being propagated by sources in countries other than Saudi Arabia, such as Iran, Kuwait, and Syria. The agencies are still examining Saudi Arabia's relationship, and that of other sources in other countries, to Islamic extremism.
The Saudi government has announced and, in some cases, undertaken some reform efforts to address Islamic extremism. For example, the government is undertaking educational and religious reforms, including revising textbooks and conducting a 3-year enlightenment program, to purge extremism and intolerance from religious education.

Right. Geert Wilders wasn't allowed to hold a conference in Florida to warn us about organizations like this one. So why is this hotel allowing these people, who clearly want to destroy the U.S. and impose Islamic law?
Boycott this hotel and the one in Florida. Everyone is afraid of the Muslim terrorists but they'll take their money, obviously.
If right of speech is a fundamental right and speaking against ISLAM or any other religion is encouraged in USA and western countries then the question is why do you want to stop people for speaking in favour of ISLAM?
Don't forget that America defeated Soviet Union only after engaging all those people whom you are propagating as terrorists after achieving your goals.
Given that crimes rates in America are more than any country we can’t establish the fact that all American are murderers, rappers, dacoits or criminal. Similarly, there might be wrong people in a religion as well, it is ISLAM, Christianity or Judaism but it is not true that those religions are wrong in their basic philosophy.
Kill the terrorists whether they are Muslim, Christian or Jews and kill them by name but don’t try to kill the religion.

If they want to create a caliphate, let them have a small community to do so. BUT, if they violate ANY United States federal laws, as well as any laws of the state in which they set this community up, slap them down IMMEDIATELY. If they discriminate against anyone, arrest them. If they "indulge" in harassment of any kind, arrest them. As long as they're in the United States of America, they are subject to the laws that EVERY American is subject to.
Fall of capitalism doesn't mean the fall of America. In case you weirdos haven't looked around capitalism is actually under-grave threat by capitalism. Look up mortgage crisis, credit crisis, global economic meltdown, recession, depression, etc, etc, etc. I don't know how real the rise of Islam is but the diminishing of capitalism is very real and true. It's not just the islamists but the general people are questioniong the virtue of pure capitalism based on greed. What people need and want is a capitalism with a soul. Make as much profit as you want but don't commit a crime to do that. Be decent and caring to all human beings and their rights. That's the kind of economics we need. Certainly it will require a combination of capitalism, socialism, and other -isms to find a system that works for everyone and respects everyone and their rights.
Freedom of speech is not the issue nor is the advocation of Islam. It is about quest to over throw our system of Government and install a oppressive regrime that opposes freedom of any kind as advocates the abuse and extreme oppression of women. Capitalism is not death or dying. It is being detroyed by the Socialist idiots like Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, Nancy Pelosi, and now Obama and radical Left. Thankfully, it has taken these dark days to make Americans wake up to reality. Finally, the Socialists in Washington are revealed and the truth is out. We have lived our lives, paid our taxes and trusted our leaders to follow the letter of the law and the constitution.
