With the winter doldrums in high gear in the Midwest, coupled with the lack of high-end shows in St. Louis so far this year, has created a sense of cabin fever for many concert goers in the Gateway City.
Fear not, however as the concert scene will soon heat up and warm the hearts of music lovers hungry for a good major live show.
For alternative aficionados the band Muse will be performing at Chaifetz Arena on the St. Louis University Campus on Friday March 8. Tickets are still available for one of the most anticipated shows so far announced.
Rock veterans Bon Jovi will be in town the following week, March 13th to be exact, headlining a show at Scottrade Center celebrating 30 years with a popularity matched only by a handful of other bands. Tickets are also still available for this show and be purchased here.
Country fans already have a lot to look forward to with the nine huge shows that were announced last month at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. For those who can’t wait Taylor Swift will be performing two shows on March 18th and 19th. The young rising star has been a crossover hit for the past several years. Tickets are still available for her shows as well.
As the temperatures rise, so will the number of shows that come through St. Louis. So, don’t fret St. Louis, relief is coming soon.
