Music for Autism offers free, interactive concert on Sunday, October 13, 2013

Individuals with autism and their families are invited to a very different kind of concert - one where no one is expected to sit quietly in their seat. Music for Autism and The Help Group proudly offer musical experiences where audience members can have the chance to interact with performers and even join in the performance. Admission is free, but reservations are required. Many people with autism truly enjoy music but find the usual concert venue too restrictive for their needs. The concerts also offer families dealing with autism the opportunity to enjoy an outing in an accepting social setting.

Music for Autism brings world-class musicians to stages across the country and also offers concerts in the United Kingdom. There are also many fundraising opportunities nationwide to help them continue their work, including two board members who will run in the NY marathon in November.

Music for Autism and The Help Group are presenting Quattro, a modern ensemble who join classical, jazz and and Latin pop into their own unique sound. The concert is on Sunday, October 13, 2013 from 1 pm to 2 pm at The Help Group Autism Center Theater, 13164 Burbank Blvd., Sherman Oaks, CA 91401. RSVP here for free.
